Yes, I’m still here. I’ve mentioned it more than once on here but I’m a full-time college student so sometimes my reading takes a back seat to school work, which also means that blogging takes a back seat too. I feel like sometimes people forget that we as bloggers have lives outside of blogging and other priorities that HAVE to come first. Also, LIFE and things happen that are out of our control, and we just have to deal with it. I’ll be on spring break soon which I’m wicked happy about because I’m hoping that it means more time for me to read and refresh. I definitely need a refresh. I’m still reading, but not as much as I would like to be.

This is so true! I didn’t have a blog back in college but I’m sure I wouldn’t have had as much time as I do now to blog regularly.
Yes to this! I remember feeling the same way in college. Nothing is more important than your studies. Especially with the time, money, and effort you’re putting in. Hope your semester is going well!
Thank you, it’s going alright. I love three of my classes but hate the other one. I’m wicked excited for one of the classes I’m taking over the summer.
3 out of 4 isn’t bad! And it’s good to hear that you’re looking forward to summer class. Those are usually the ones that people dislike the most so I hope that you get what you expect from it!!
Yeah, the class I’m looking forward to is African-American literature.
Oh nice, let me know what you end up reading!
I definitely will. I thought about taking a Shakespeare class but African-American literature seemed more interesting, and I think it’s important to read the literature of other cultures, it’s a great way to learn.
Agreed! I hope you like it
I can only imagine what it would have been like for me if I started my blog when I was still in school. I doubt I would have been able to do it to be honest.
I started this blog in 2012 when I was in school, I got my bachelor’s degree in communications in 2014. I decided to go back to school two years ago in 2017 to get another bachelor’s degree.
Yeah I wouldn’t be able to keep up with blogging on top of school.
