Yes, there is a proper way to share blog posts on Twitter and I’m going to discuss step by step on how to properly share blog posts on Twitter.
Blog posts have sharing buttons for a reason. At the bottom of someone’s blog post, you should see the sharing buttons if the blogger has them enabled. I have mine enabled.

Sharing Buttons
Next, you click on the Tweet button.
One of two boxes will show up, depending on whether you are logged in to Twitter or not.
If you are logged in, you will see this box:
If you are not logged in, you will see this box:
If you are not logged in, just fill in your username and password, and then press the button that says login and Tweet.
I DO NOT recommend changing any of the wording in the Tweet, meaning leave everything the way it is.
Using the sharing buttons is so much better than just copying and pasting links to someone’s blog posts. Using the Tweet sharing button will hopefully bring both Twitter and blog followers to the original author of the blog post.
I hope this tutorial is useful, and if you would like to share my posts on Twitter, please do so using the steps above.
