Well, if you remember in my last post which was a few weeks ago I gave an update as to why I haven’t been blogging that much, and it was because of work.  Well, I’m very happy to report that work is really starting to slow down and I’m not working as much.  I’m still volunteering at my local library which is what I consider my happy place because I love being there.  I have some other news that pertains to libraries and books, I’m currently taking online Library Science classes!  I’ve been volunteering at the library since January, and after thinking about things for a while, I decided that I wanted to go back to school and get my degree.  Having a degree in Library Science will give me more opportunities to get a job working in a library.  My reading is also back on track, which makes me really happy.

Thursday I’m hoping that I can have a discussion post up about something that I do quite often and  I’m hoping that this Friday I can have a Friday Update as to what I have been reading.  I also have quite a few reviews that I need to write and post, plus update my Goodreads. I’m hoping this weekend I can get caught up with blog hopping, and reading and commenting on posts that I have missed.  Next Wednesday, I’m hoping that I can post a comprehensive reading goals update.  My original goal is 75 books, and I know for a fact that I have read more than that.  I don’t know the actual number, which I will find out when I update my Goodreads.  If you’re wondering if I’m going to increase my goal, the answer is no.  I want to see how many books past 75 I read so that way I can have a general idea what I want to set my 2018 goal at.

I am not participating in fall bingo or doing the fall comment challenge.  I’m also thinking about leaving Bookstagram, and I might do a discussion post on why I’m thinking about doing that next week.

I’m really thinking that now things are starting to slow down with work, I can get back into my regular blogging schedule!
