Top 5 Wednesday was originally created by Lainey from Gingerreadslainey and is now hosted by Sam from Thoughts on Tomes. There is a Goodreads group which lists the topics.
The topic for this week is spooky settings. These may look familiar as they were featured in yesterday’s Top 10 Tuesday post, I did that purposefully. And yes, these settings are all from Harry Potter, sue me.
Little Hangleton Graveyard- This graveyard is the final resting place of the Riddle Family, and it is extremely eerie.
The Dark Forest- “But there are werewolves in there,” there’s a lot of other things in the forest too.
The Black Lake- The mermaids make this lake so damn creepy, and they are beautifully creepy themselves.
Godric’s Hollow- There is a sense of eeriness I get when reading about Godric’s Hollow.
The Chamber of Secrets- It’s downright scary as all freaking hell. It’s dark and damp.
I totally agree with you!
Brilliant idea to feature specific Harry Potter locations!
Thank you!
The graveyard in Little Hangleton always gives me the creeps while re-reading the series! Awesome T5W.😊
Thank you! It’s even more creepy in the movie!
Nice list! I like your unique twist too – very spooky!
Thank you!
The Dark Forest also made my list!
Great Top 5! 😀 My T5W! 😀
Thank you!
