Many of you may have noticed that I have been absent, and there’s a reason for it. I’ve been in slump, reading and blogging. For some reason or another I really haven’t felt like reading much at all, I also haven’t felt like blogging much either. I guess I haven’t really felt inspired to blog.
Top 10 Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish. This weeks topic Back to School Freebie and I chose to do books that would be on my classroom shelf if I were a teacher. I feel like I have a wide variety of books on this list, as I didn’t make this list grade level specific.
Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling
Little Women by Louisa May Alcott
The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien
Finding Fish by Antwone Fisher
Anne of Green Gables by L.M. Montgomery
Oh The Places You Will Go by Dr. Seuss
If You Give A Mouse A Cookie by Laura Numeroff
The Tales of Peter Rabbit by Beatrix Potter
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl
The Giver by Lois Lowry
Love Harry Potter! And I was obsessed with Roald Dahl when I was a kid.

July and August have been poor months for me when it comes to reading and blogging. Hopefully we both will get back on track in the fall!

I’ve been getting into a slump lately too. I think I only wrote one blog post for the entirety of August. I just had a ton of backlog to burn through. Would have love to have books like the Hobbit and Harry Potter on my classroom shelf back when I was a kid 🙂
