A lot of sports teams these days, go through head coach after head coach.  But what sets the Patriots apart from some other teams around the league is consistency.  One thing that the Patriots have had is consistency with it’s coaching staff.  When teams go through coach after coach, and have to learn new systems all the time, it isn’t healthy for a team at  all.  It gets teams no where.  Consistency, it is the reason why the Patriots reach the playoffs the majority of times, it is also why they are as good as they are.
